Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you make a booking with us.

Fares shown on our website for all products and services are subject to change without notice and availability and specific terms and conditions. Fares quoted are valid for that day only.

After receiving your full payment only then the tickets will be issued and emailed to your nominated email or residential address. As there is no more paper tickets issued all will be E TICKETS ONLY. If you are paying by credit card you will be advised as to how you can make payment shortly. You will be required to fill in and fax or give personally hand over the credit card authorisation form which will be mailed upon request. You agree you will not apply directly or indirectly for a charge back on your credit card. You can do online transfer from savings account to our nominated account. STRICTLY NO PERSONAL CHEQUES are accepted. Bank cheques are accepted. Please ask for a reference number for all online transfers. You can also deposit in an nearest ANZ branch to our nominated account.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have a valid passport and visa to the country of travel and transit countries, as we do not provide any advice.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

All products and services are sold subject to the rules and conditions by the applicable fare rules. We are only agents between you and airline or tour operator. However where refund is available its subject to our processing fee of $100.00. This fee is in addition to any penalties the airlines may charge.

No liability is accepted by us for any the services and products provided by the airline and you agree to resolve any issues where possible directly with the Airline or tour operators. Once the payment has been made you agree you will not apply directly or indirectly for a charge back on your credit card. You agree that all your complaints will be dealt with through the Department of Fair Trading in Sydney NSW and their decision will be final.
